Koozy is a Black American, Brooklyn New York based photographer. She was born and raised in Sanford, Florida(BOKEY).

Raised by two God-fearing parents, she was encouraged to explore her hand in the arts from a young age. She was gifted her first camera in the summer of 2015. It was a gift from her Uncle David to explore her creativity more. Koozy developed her skills in college by capturing weddings, graduate portraits, and family portraits alongside Karla De La Cruz at the University of Central Florida. 

Koozy’s simplistic yet intimate photography style allows her versatility in shooting a wide range of subjects. She now specializes in portrait, wedding, and documentary-style photography. 

When she is not shooting you can probably find her making new connections with other creatives over a milkshake.
